About the position:
We are now looking for four dedicated maintenance planners who want to help ensure high availability, safe operations, and an efficient production process.
You will be part of an organization consisting of maintenance engineers, project managers, and inventory operations. In your role, you will report to the maintenance manager. There are several of you in the same role but with different area responsibilities.
The role is located close to production and involves close collaboration with operations management, technicians, department repairers, and external suppliers. As a maintenance planner, you will be responsible for planning and preparing maintenance work within your area and driving maintenance efforts from fault reporting to implementation and follow-up, always focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. The goal is to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure a safe and well-functioning production environment.
As a maintenance planner, you will have a central and important role in our operations. Since it is very costly not to be able to run our production operations, we aim to avoid unplanned downtime as much as possible. From a safety perspective, it is crucial that we do not end up in situations where machine failures could cause accidents.
You will work in the maintenance system SAP, which is a governing work tool where all maintenance planning is carried out. Everything from writing orders, maintenance orders to maintenance plans in the form of inspections and overviews.
Examples of tasks:
- Plan, prioritize, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance
- Be part of the local production team and take responsibility for maintenance within your area
- Develop and improve maintenance plans together with maintenance and process engineers
- Coordinate maintenance efforts during major shutdowns and overhauls
- Be the contact point for external suppliers and participate in new and renovation projects
About you:
We prefer that you have several years of experience in the maintenance profession and enjoy a role where you can take responsibility and work closely with operations. You have a good ability to switch between different tasks based on priorities and work structured even when the pace is high. You are service-oriented and enjoy administrative tasks where a large part of the work is done in various support systems.
You are driven to develop and contribute to improving operations. With good collaboration skills and social competence, you easily build good relationships, as the role involves daily contact with both internal and external parties. To thrive in the role, you are solution-oriented and can find creative solutions to emerging problems when needed.
You are self-sufficient, take responsibility for your tasks, and work meticulously with a clear safety mindset. Being able to handle multiple parallel tasks while contributing to a safe, well-functioning, and efficient operation is a natural part of your work approach.
Qualifications:
- Approved high school education with a focus on mechanical maintenance or equivalent education
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy
Meritorious:
- Experience with SAP or similar maintenance systems
- Experience working in industry
- Eurenco is part of an international group, so it is advantageous if you master the English language, both spoken and written
